With decades of experience in external audits, Bernie brings extensive expertise gained from his work with a multinational accounting firm, as well as CFO and internal audit roles within multinational companies. His leadership is rooted in a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring every audit is efficient, compliant, and insightful.

With over 11 years of audit and assurance experience from Arthur Andersen and EY in Europe, Terje Kivimae has brought her wealth of knowledge and expertise to BPR Audit since 2009. After specialising in transaction advisory services at EY’s Melbourne office, Terje became a key member of our team, offering strong technical accounting, financial reporting skills, and a passion for client relationship management. Her proficiency in systems and attention to detail ensure every audit runs smoothly and efficiently.
Current Specialisations:Terje’s audit expertise spans not-for-profit organizations, AFS licensees, private companies, RTOs, public ancillary funds, real estate, and legal trust accounts.
